敏捷的三不三能 – 闲时随笔之六

        在敏捷圈子里，Uncle Bob（全名Robert Cecil Martin，注意Bob是Robert的简称）的名字应该是无人不晓。2001敏捷华山论剑的发起者就是他，一群中年男老白在美国犹他洲滑雪胜地雪鸟城，经过两天头脑碰撞，搞了一个短短的敏捷宣言，从此翻开了软件的新篇章。
 
        今天大叔有感而发，在推特上用三句话，论述了敏捷的三不三能。


–  Agile is not a way to go fast. It is a way to know where you are going.
 敏捷没有给出快捷之路，而是给了一条能找到你要去的地方的路。
 
– Agile does not increase productivity. Agile increases manageability.
 敏捷没有增加效率，它增加的是管理能力。
 
– Agile does not guarantee you’ll get there on time. Agile destroys the hope that you might, when you won’t.
 敏捷不保证你按时交付，但当进度目标已无法实现时，敏捷会让你最后一丝希望破灭。（早死早托生，早调整！）
